Replacement Frequency of Filter Bags
The timing for replacing filter bags depends on various factors and should be determined based on the condition of the filter bags. Generally, consider replacing the filter bags if:
- The filter bag is torn or damaged.
- The filter bag is clogged and cannot filter air properly.
- The surface of the filter bag is covered with excessive dust, losing its filtration capability.
Typically, if the filter bag in the dust collector has not reached the above conditions, it is recommended to inspect it every three months. If the condition is good, it can be used for another quarter. If the condition is poor, it should be replaced promptly.
