Because our filter elements are custom-designed, engineered, and manufactured to order based on your detailed technical parameters, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any non-defective customized items. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all specifications provided are correct before placing an order.
**2. Manufacturing Defects & Damaged Items**
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a shipment that does not match your confirmed technical specifications, is damaged during transit, or has manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately.
* Notification: Any defects or discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
* How to Report: Please email may@filtelement.com with your order number, invoice, and clear photographs showing the technical defect or damage.
* Resolution: Upon verifying a genuine manufacturing defect, we will arrange for a free replacement, necessary modification, or technical remedy as agreed upon.
